Payments & Refunds

This document explains our practices in plain language. By using Misbar’s websites, products and AlphaPlay, you agree to the terms below.
What you can buy online
AlphaPlay family plans (Standard and Elite, one month per payment) are bought inside the AlphaPlay app. Digital Misbar access cards, which create one family account for AlphaPlay, AlphaLearn and AlphaSchool, are bought on AlphaLearn, AlphaSchool and the Misbar Marketplace. Physical marketplace products are reserved first and paid by card once the store confirms price and delivery.
Who collects the payment
Online payments are collected by Digital Pages Pay (digital-pay.work), a hosted checkout operated by Digital Pages on behalf of Misbar, with HyperPay processing the card and 3-D Secure. Visa, Mastercard and mada are accepted. Misbar never sees or stores card numbers. Your statement shows the Digital Pages descriptor.
Receipts
Digital Pages Pay emails a receipt with the product and Digital Pages logos as soon as a payment is confirmed. Receipts are payment receipts, not tax invoices. The receipt number is your reference for any question.
One-time payments, no automatic renewal
Each AlphaPlay payment buys one calendar month and nothing renews by itself; no card is stored by Misbar. A digital access card is a single-use code with no expiry; it is shown on the confirmation page right after payment and can be resent to the receipt email on request.
Declined, pending and reviewed payments
A declined card is not charged, and the same checkout stays open for 30 minutes to try again. A pending payment is still being confirmed by your bank and completes on its own. If a payment is marked as under review, please do not pay again: we confirm it with HyperPay within two business days and either deliver the purchase or refund it.
Refunds for AlphaPlay plans
Duplicate charges are refunded in full. An unused plan month is refunded in full when you ask within 14 days of payment; a partly used month may be refunded pro rata at our discretion. Refunds go back to the card that paid, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds for digital access cards
An unused access-card code is refundable within 14 days of purchase. A code that has already created an account cannot be refunded. If the code was never shown to you, contact us with your receipt number and we will send it again.
Marketplace orders
Physical products follow the reservation and payment terms shown in the Misbar Marketplace. Cancelled or refunded marketplace orders are returned to the original card by the store team.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@misbar.work, or reply to your receipt email, with the order reference and receipt number. We answer within one business day.
