Acceptance of terms
By accessing Misbar’s websites and products, including AlphaPlay, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Use of our services
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to them.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, designs and software are owned by Misbar or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
AlphaPlay accounts
AlphaPlay accounts for children must be created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and its use.
Purchases and payments
Some Misbar products can be bought online: AlphaPlay family plans inside the AlphaPlay app, and digital Misbar access cards on AlphaLearn, AlphaSchool and the Misbar Marketplace. Prices are shown before you confirm and are charged in the currency displayed. Payments are collected by Digital Pages Pay on our behalf and processed by HyperPay; by paying you also accept the terms shown on the checkout page. AlphaPlay plans are one-month, one-time payments with no automatic renewal. Access cards are single-use codes that create one family account. Refunds are handled as described on our Payments & Refunds page.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Misbar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
